Security
Security isn't a feature we bolt on. It's built into every layer of the platform.
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256. No exceptions. Every API call, every email sync, every database write — encrypted end to end.
Raynemakr connects to your email via OAuth tokens (Google Workspace / Microsoft 365). We never see, store, or ask for your email password. OAuth tokens are scoped to the minimum permissions required and can be revoked at any time from your email provider's settings.
All payment processing is handled by Stripe. Credit card numbers never touch our servers. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of payment security certification.
Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel with multi-factor authentication. We follow the principle of least privilege — team members only have access to the systems and data they need for their role.
Your data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. After that, it's permanently deleted. You can request immediate deletion at any time by contacting privacy@raynemakr.ai.
Raynemakr runs on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with redundant systems, automated backups, and 99.9% uptime targets. We conduct regular security reviews and vulnerability assessments.
